You’re not going to get the landscape you want if your landscape company doesn’t listen to you. When you hire us, we promise to treat you with respect, which includes listening to your outdoor vision. If you want healthy lawns, native plants, a garden path leading to a small backyard pond, and a rockery or seating wall next to a paver patio, then that’s what we’ll put into your landscape design.
Most landscaping projects begin with a design, and we also provide clear, detailed estimates, so you know what each element costs. We are more than willing to discuss our pricing with you, and rest assured that we pay close attention to your personal budget when creating the landscape design.
Besides itemized estimates, we also communicate our landscaping process with you, so you know what to expect. Our experienced team has a lot of knowledge about plants in the area, and we can tell you what will grow well here and what doesn’t work very well. If you have any questions during the process, all you have to do is ask. We respond quickly to all phone calls. If you leave a message, we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours.

OUR PROCESS
Give us a call or fill out our contact form and we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours to discuss your landscaping needs. If we’re a good fit, we will schedule an on-site consultation, typically within one week.
We come to your property to listen to your ideas, discuss your budget, make expert recommendations, and take photos and measurements of your outdoor areas. We’ll decide if your project requires a design. If so, we can provide a quote for the landscape design process. If not, we’ll prepare a quote for the work that will be done.
We will email you a detailed, itemized quote for your project and follow up to discuss any questions you may have. Depending on the complexity of your project, we may need to visit your property again. When you approve the quote, we will accept a 5% deposit to get you on our schedule.
Our team will show up on time to begin the installation of your landscape. At this point, we will accept a 45% down payment. We will maintain regular communication with you so you are never left wondering how the work is progressing. A project manager will be on-site regularly to address your questions or concerns.
The final walkthrough helps us make sure you are completely satisfied with the results. We will collect the final payment at this time and discuss warranties and possible maintenance instructions. We will also come out after 90 days to be sure your landscape is still looking great.
